Our appartements have different sizes, but are furnished in the same stile with a big
balcony or terrace.
- Situated in quiet location, but central, next to Kronplatz, market, bakery, bars, restaurants, farmacy, hairdresser, newsagency, public recreation area with children's playground
- Only 1km from Kronplatz and 3 km from Brunico city
- Minimum stay: depending on season from 4 - 7 days
- Check in: 3.00 p.m. - Check out: 9.30 a.m.

Bruneck Kronplatz Card: unlimited use of all public transport troughout
South Tyrol, participation in the weekly programme of Bruneck Kronplatz Tourism, discounts at various leisure facilities
Free skidepot directly at the valley station in Riscone with locker and skiboot dryer
and 15% discount for the rental of skiequipment (Rent a Ski & Depot Giggeralm)
Extra charge:
Short stay 3- 4 days: Apart. B Small, Medium: 30,00 EURO per stay, apart. C: 42,00 EURO per stay
Access to laundry room:
Summer: using washing machine, washing powder, clothesline, iron, ironing board (per week):
App. 2-3 pers. á 36 EURO , App. 4 pers. á 45 EURO, App. 5-6 pers. á 54 EURO
If only per laundry load: 10,00 EURO each
Winter: using washing machine, washing powder + drying machine (per week):
App. 2-3 pers. á 70 EURO, App. 4 pers. á 82 EURO, App. 5-6 pers. á 90 EURO
If only per laundry and dryer load: 15 EURO each
Reservation/cancellation:
Booking can be confirmed only upon of a receipt of a prepayment.
Cancelling fee:
Until 60 days before: 60,00 EURO
60 – 30 days before: 100,00 EURO
30 – 3 days before: 30% of total
amount
In case of cancellation from 2 - 0 days before, no show, later arrival or earlier departure we charge 100 % of
the reserved accomodation period.
Final payment will be made on setting out the vacation at the arrival.
Payment method: card (EC-Card Maestro, credit card VISA , Mastercard), bank
transfer min. 3 days before arrival, cash (we don’t accept 200 € and 500 € bank
notes)
- Payment: at the arrival in cash or with credit card (VISA, Mastercard)
- Deposit: at arrival we ask for a deposit which is returned if apartment is left tidy and orderly
- Inside apartment isn't allowed to smoke
